About Farringdon
Conveyancing in the UK is broken. Severe delays, lack of transparency, and poor client experiences are endemic. The industry is fragmented, under pressure, and struggling to cope with growing complexity.
Farringdon is a fully regulated conveyancing law firm designed from the ground-up around AI to bring speed, clarity and consistency to the conveyancing process. Our clients are home buyers and sellers, as well as estate agents and other intermediaries that introduce clients to us.
Our ambition is to become the household name for moving home. We’re right at the start of that journey having launched in May with our first cohort of estate agents and clients using Farringdon to sell their homes.
The team and technology behind Farringdon is what makes it special. Farringdon is a spin-out of one of the world’s leading legal AI companies focussed exclusively on automating real estate law. Our founding team built the technology that powers 1 in 10 residential property transactions in the UK today. Our expert conveyancers have decades of experience and have collectively completed thousands of transactions.

The Opportunity
This is Farringdon's first Product Management hire. You will own the question that matters most at this stage: are we building the right things, for the right people, in the right way?
Our ambition is to make conveyancing faster, more consistent, and less opaque for everyone involved in a transaction: sellers, buyers, referring partners, such as estate agents and mortgage brokers, and conveyancers.
You will be building a legal AI agent that handles the work that currently makes conveyancing slow: the drafting, the chasing, the checking. Our first milestone is giving conveyancers back the time they spend on the process, so they can focus on the judgement and client care that actually needs them.
You will work closely with the founder and a small engineering team to move from strategy to working product.
What You Will Do
Translate the product vision into a sequenced roadmap with clear trade-offs, milestones and decision points.
Experiment with frontier AI models and translate emerging capabilities into practical, production-ready use cases
Own understanding of different customer segments — shadowing conveyancers on live files, interviewing Buyers, Sellers and Referring Partners during and after transactions.
Own the end-to-end customer journey - covering every touchpoint customersencounter, from application interfaces they use to the communications they receive and the moments where the AI hands off to a human
Prototype and validate ideas quickly, with the confidence to write code, test solutions, and ship early versions of products
Continuously improve how we build products by leveraging AI tools, rapid experimentation, and modern product development practices
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Demonstrated experience building agentic products in complex task environments — specifically, designing workflows in multi-sided platforms with ‘human in the loop’.
Proven experience of building products at an early stage. You have been an early product hire in a startup before and you know how to translate the founder's vision into a clear roadmap.
Strong qualitative research skills: you know how to conduct interviews that reveal insight, how to observe behaviour and how to synthesise findings.
An AI-first builder mindset: you are comfortable using coding agents to prototype ideas or ship basic features yourself.
Comfort operating in ambiguity: you have worked on products where the right answer was not known at the start, and you have a process for finding it.
Clear communication style — you write problem statements, briefs, and synthesis documents that are precise, specific, and useful to people who need to act on them.
Ability to hold both the strategic question and the detail question simultaneously.
Desirable
Experience designing products in regulated industries, or contexts where trust is hard to earn.
Experience building for B2C and B2B audiences simultaneously, or multi-sided platforms.
What We Offer
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work with intensity at the frontier of AI to solve a problem everyone can relate to. You’ll enjoy meaningful ownership and a broad remit, and work alongside a high calibre team that have experience in the industry and AI and care deeply about the problems Farringdon is solving.
