Squarespace, Inc. (USA) — our website hosting provider. Squarespace processes server logs and form submissions on our behalf as a data processor.

Google LLC (USA) — if you submit an enquiry, your details may be processed through Google Workspace (our email system) as we respond to you.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share data collected through the website with any advertising networks or marketing platforms.

International transfers

Squarespace, Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States. Where your personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the following safeguards:

  • Google LLC: UK-US Data Bridge (Google is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). EU Standard Contractual Clauses with UK Addendum are in place as a fallback.

If you do not go on to instruct us, your enquiry data will be securely deleted after the retention period.
